Daniela Vaughn Remer

Daniela Vaughn Remer is an American/Canadian singer/songwriter with Latina and Native American roots finds herself coming full circle back to the Pacific Northwest where she was born, after rambling many years around the west, and living abroad for almost a decade. She now calls home on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations / Vancouver British Columbia.
Daniela Vaughn Remer’s voice was raised on the back porch steps of Sam Bonds Garage in Eugene, Oregon with talented musicians who held her hand while her unique and soulful voice learned to share louder.
Her voice is beautiful, ethereal and earthy at the same time and sounds of experience- what could be more fitting for a folk musician? This is a voice that tells a story.
The rich and deep tone in its evocativeness, pulls at the heart strings and makes you feel and find space in time deep into the moment. When you hear Daniela Vaughn Remer sing you travel on a journey, either into her sung story or into a story of your own.
The song Dark Hollows is the artist's latest addition to her collection of songs about love, loss and struggle. The artist believes art will always be the light we need to transmute our dark hollows…..
